Rojek Heating Boilers

ROJEK engineers have developed a unique heating boiler design which has many advantages compared to other manufacturers.

• Combines gasification (80%) and traditional combustion (20%), which allows the use of wood with 35% moisture content, rather than 20% as required by most other manufacturers.
• Efficiency up to 92%
• All heating boilers are energy-independent and can be used in gravity and forced circulation systems.
• Several types of solid fuel can be used: firewood, briquettes, coal, peat and shredded wood residues. Operates at low draught 10–12 Pa.
• Log length can be up to 50 cm (20–40 kW models) and 62 cm for the 49 kW model.
• All boilers have a large water capacity (from 98 l to 166 litres), which evens out temperature fluctuations. Built-in overheating protection.
• The return water temperature can be low, which does not reduce boiler service life and will not cause silting, unlike other manufacturers.
• Long burn time per load, from 5 to 10 hours depending on the type of fuel. Built-in automatic thermostat.
• A very high-quality manufactured heating boiler with a 3-year warranty. Expected service life 25 years.
• The boiler design is such that there is no need to use ceramic or firebrick bricks, which can crack and create additional costs to replace them.
