The boiler is constructed from 6 mm steel plates. The upper part of the boiler contains the loading chamber, the lower part – the combustion chamber. Both chambers are separated by ceramic nozzles. A flue gas fan is used to draw combustion gases from the boiler, moving primary and secondary air into the combustion chamber. At the rear of the Ecomax heating boiler are the heat exchanger, flue pipe connection and cleaning openings.
Steel Wood Boilers / OPOP ECOMAX Series
The OPOP wood gasification boiler is equipped with electronic control, providing simple operation of the heating boiler. In the basic configuration, the control unit regulates the boiler output based on a pre-set water temperature, or the temperature set in the room. The control unit monitors the operation of circulation pumps. The large firebox allows large-sized firewood to be loaded into the boiler, providing a long burn time – therefore re-loading of the heating boiler is only required once every 10 hours. The large volume of the combustion chamber ensures easy maintenance and cleaning.
