OPOP is a Czech company whose origins date back to 1949. The company's production facility is located in the Czech city of Valašské Meziříčí.

OPOP offers steel and cast iron central heating boilers. Convenient and economical operation and a long service life are the main advantages of OPOP products. OPOP actively works to expand its product range and offer the latest and most modern solutions to its customers. The company participates in various educational and social projects, supports students in the learning process, and sponsors sporting events.

The OPOP factory uses pellet burners and automation from the Danish company NBE (NordjyskBioenergi) in its pellet boilers, or for the BIOPEL series manufactures its own burners and boiler control program using the Tech automation platform.

1999 – production and sale of the LK 100 heater begins
2001 – production and sale of the LT8 and LT8 LUX stoves begins
2005 – production of the first automatic pellet boiler BIOCOMFORT begins
2008 – sale of the ECOMAX wood gasification heating boiler begins
2010 – the BLACK STAR pellet heating boiler goes on sale
2014 – the BIOPEL LINE series of pellet heating boilers with output from 10–200 kW goes on sale
2017 – the new improved BIOPEL Premium pellet boiler series goes on sale

Pellet Boilers OPOP BIOPEL LINE

The OPOP BIOPEL LINE series convenient, automatic pellet heating boilers will provide economical and ecologically clean heating in your home, production facility or any other small, medium or large-sized premises. This heating boiler series requires minimal attention – once every 2 weeks, the boiler needs only 10–15 minutes of cleaning. It is also worth noting that during operation we can visually observe the combustion process and adjust parameters for optimal combustion if needed.

The heating boiler can be controlled remotely via internet or a wireless room thermostat. With the Biopel automatic cleaning module, the boiler control panel ensures automatic heat exchanger cleaning, fuel feed and ignition.

Pellet Boiler BLACK STAR COMFORT

A pellet boiler equipped with automatic cleaning. The main advantage of this boiler is heat exchanger cleaning using mechanical cleaners and motor drive. The pellet boiler has a very high efficiency coefficient achieved by increasing the flue gas path in the boiler. Pellet boilers available in the output range of 10–40 kW. 6–8 mm pellets used. Fuel: 6–8 mm pellets. Output variants: 10, 16 kW

High-Output Pellet Boilers OPOP BIOPEL 100-200kW

The OPOP product range includes high-output industrial pellet heating boilers designed for heating large areas. For convenient heating system control, a remote management system is available allowing monitoring and control of combustion processes without being on site. The boiler package includes the boiler, burner, automation, pellet feeder and a 220 kg pellet tank.
