Pellet Boilers OPOP BIOPEL LINE

Pellet Boilers OPOP BIOPEL LINE

The OPOP BIOPEL LINE series convenient, automatic pellet heating boilers will provide economical and ecologically clean heating in your home, production facility or any other small, medium or large-sized premises. This heating boiler series requires minimal attention – once every 2 weeks, the boiler needs only 10–15 minutes of cleaning. It is also worth noting that during operation we can visually observe the combustion process and adjust parameters for optimal combustion if needed.

The heating boiler can be controlled remotely via internet or a wireless room thermostat. With the Biopel automatic cleaning module, the boiler control panel ensures automatic heat exchanger cleaning, fuel feed and ignition.

The OPOP Biopel convenient, automatic pellet heating boiler provides economical and ecological heating in your home, production facility or any other small, medium or large-sized premises. This heating boiler series requires minimal attention – once every 2 weeks, the boiler needs only 10–15 minutes of cleaning. The heating boiler can be controlled remotely via internet or a wireless room thermostat.

With the Biopel automatic cleaning module, the boiler control panel ensures automatic heat exchanger cleaning, and it is also possible to connect a burner cleaning module, ash conveyor, or vacuum pellet feed. The heating boiler ensures very low harmful emissions and efficient fuel combustion with a small amount of ash. The boiler package can include a side-mounted hopper in 3 different capacities – 60 kg, 150 kg and 250 kg – and for specific boiler room layouts a separately placed hopper with an external pellet feeder can also be used. The compact, side-mounted hopper is an excellent solution for small boiler rooms where compactness is important.

By connecting the hopper to a pellet conveyor it is possible to transport pellets to the tank from another room, a larger hopper or large pellet bags.

Additional equipment for increased comfort:

Lambda probe:

  • Ensures optimal combustion process to maintain the set O2 level in flue gases. Improves combustion efficiency in cases of variable pellet quality and variable chimney draught due to wind and weather conditions. Includes O2 sensor, control board and connecting cables.

Room thermostat:

  • The room thermostat provides more convenient boiler operation. All boiler functions can be regulated and viewed on the room thermostat without needing to go to the boiler room. Available in standard and wireless models.

Vacuum pellet feeder:

  • Designed for transporting pellets from a remote location to the pellet tank. This system is controlled via the control panel.

Automatic ash collection:

  • Collects ash from the ash box and allows longer intervals between ash cleaning from the boiler compared to the standard ash box.

Automatic cleaning module:

  • Pellet heating boilers are equipped with a turbuliser which increases boiler efficiency. By adding a compressor heat exchanger cleaning module consisting of 4 tubes with 5 holes each, cleaning is carried out at 20 points with high-pressure air jets. Cleaning is performed periodically.

Compressor burner cleaning:

  • Designed to clean the pellet burner using air pressure supplied periodically to clean the combustion chamber.

Boiler construction and description:

1. Turbuliser – increases boiler efficiency.

2. Insulation – reduces boiler heat losses.

3. Adjustable support legs – allow the boiler to be installed on uneven surfaces.

4. Lower door (ash door) – can be installed to open to the right or left side.

5. Pellet burner – equipped with a removable combustion chamber grate, can be positioned on the right or left side.

6. Chamotte plate – provides double insulation; reduces the temperature of the upper boiler chamber doors and prevents them from overheating.
