Pellet boiler description:

The latest pellet boiler from OPOP is the Black Star COMFORT. Its main advantage is already reflected in the name. This boiler will not only be a reliable heating boiler like other OPOP pellet boilers, but will also require the least maintenance, as it performs part of the regular cleaning itself – OPOP Black Star COMFORT IS EQUIPPED WITH AUTOMATIC CLEANING FUNCTION!

Automatic cleaning makes it possible to maintain a consistently high efficiency coefficient throughout operation. Boilers not equipped with this function operate at the stated efficiency only after cleaning – as the boiler operates and deposits form on the boiler walls, the efficiency coefficient decreases.

The appearance of this pellet boiler also differs slightly from other BlackStar series boilers. The main reason for the changes is the improved thermal insulation to increase boiler efficiency – fewer pellets, more heat.

The boiler has height-adjustable feet. The boiler lid has thicker thermal insulation built in, which increases boiler efficiency. The air under the upper lid is warmed, which prevents condensation on the upper boiler chamber lids. The lower ash box removal door is equipped with an additional cover for even better thermal insulation. The cover attaches to the body with magnets, making it easy to remove from the boiler.

The automatic heat exchanger cleaner is connected by a rod to a motor located at the front of the boiler. The cleaning mechanism is easily removable from the boiler. The cleaning mechanism has two main functions:

1. Cleaning the gas cooling heat exchangers
2. Flue gas temperature reducer, which increases boiler efficiency by up to 95%
3. The ash box has also been enlarged – it is now deeper and has two handles

In the standard package the BlackStarComfort heating boiler is equipped with a compact-size black pellet tank. If desired, you can also choose a larger capacity pellet tank suitable for this pellet heating boiler series.
