GreenEcoTherm Pellet Burners

The GreenEcoTherm pellet burner is designed for installation on an existing heating boiler or other device, allowing the use of an inexpensive renewable energy resource – pellets – as fuel. The burner uses 6–8 mm wood pellets and thermal energy obtained in an intensive combustion process in the heat exchanger surfaces of the boiler or other thermal consumer. GreenEcoTherm pellet burners are modern, convenient and reliable, designed to simplify the firing process and provide a practically fully automatic heating system.

Burner equipment and advantages:

• Control unit that monitors burner operation and can be set and adjusted according to each boiler and system parameters.
• Display showing the pellet boiler status with 4 buttons for changing parameters and regulating boiler operation.
• Pellet feeder that automatically moves fuel from the pellet tank to the combustion chamber of the main unit.

• Control unit operation can be regulated via an external room or hot water thermostat or temperature sensor (NTC type) measuring temperature in the boiler. In default settings, NTC temperature sensor settings are activated and the burner display shows water temperature in the boiler.
• Burner components are manufactured by European companies from Germany, the United Kingdom, etc. The modern and multifunctional control module is manufactured in Sweden. High-quality ignition elements manufactured in Japan provide more than 37,000 ignitions.
• Indication of hot water temperature in the boiler.

• Thanks to the burner design, it can be easily installed in manual fuel feed boilers, for example boilers designed for coal or wood. Minor changes and small reconstruction of the heating boiler are required to carry out the fuel replacement process.

Fuel types usable in the burner:

• Wood pellets, ENplus-A1 class;
• Category A, AB, B wood pellets with diameter 6–8 mm
• Dried fruit stones (e.g. cherry stones);
• Fuel mixture – pellets and stones (e.g. in a 50%–50% ratio);
• Other homogeneous biomass pellets after testing and approval by the pellet burner manufacturer.
