The GreenEcoTherm pellet burner is designed for installation on an existing heating boiler or other device, allowing the use of an inexpensive renewable energy resource – pellets – as fuel. The burner uses 6–8 mm wood pellets and thermal energy obtained in an intensive combustion process in the heat exchanger surfaces of the boiler or other thermal consumer. GreenEcoTherm pellet burners are modern, convenient and reliable, designed to simplify the firing process and provide a practically fully automatic heating system.

Burner equipment and advantages:
- Control unit that monitors burner operation and can be set and adjusted according to each boiler and system parameters.
- Display showing the pellet boiler status with 4 buttons for changing parameters and regulating boiler operation.
- Pellet feeder that automatically moves fuel from the pellet tank to the combustion chamber of the main unit.
- Fresh air supply fan equipped with a Hall sensor transmitting information to the control unit.
- Electric coil that ignites the fuel.
- Combustion chamber designed for an effective combustion process.
- Removable combustion chamber grate providing easy access and ash cleaning.
- Photo sensor that sends combustion process information to the control module and ensures dynamic burner operation.
- Automatic fuel ignition system.
- Safety system that blocks operation when the fuel feed pipe heats up above the permissible temperature level under any circumstances.
- System that modulates fan air supply during the ignition process.
- Electronic burner output modulation system controlling both pellet feed volume and air supply to ensure optimal burner operation and lower fuel consumption.
- The burner can periodically perform an extinguishing cycle to completely clean the combustion chamber of ash and restart with a new ignition cycle.
- Control unit operation can be regulated via an external room or hot water thermostat or temperature sensor (NTC type) measuring temperature in the boiler. In default settings, NTC temperature sensor settings are activated and the burner display shows water temperature in the boiler.
- Burner components are manufactured by European companies from Germany, the United Kingdom, etc. The modern and multifunctional control module is manufactured in Sweden. High-quality ignition elements manufactured in Japan provide more than 37,000 ignitions.
- Indication of hot water temperature in the boiler.
- Ability to save current settings and restore factory default settings.
- Automatic restart after power failure, retaining last settings.
- Can be connected to a room thermostat.
- Possibility to connect a circulation pump.
- Thanks to the burner design, it can be easily installed in manual fuel feed boilers, for example boilers designed for coal or wood. Minor changes and small reconstruction of the heating boiler are required to carry out the fuel replacement process.
- The burner operates automatically and its use is comfortable, similar to liquid or gas fuel heating boilers, allowing remote control with a programmable room thermostat.
- Simplified installation and initial adjustment ensuring quick assembly.
- High efficiency.
- Low harmful emission levels.
- Simplified maintenance and service.
- Low operating costs.
