Mitsubishi FDTC VH is a compact cassette-type ceiling unit series for commercial and public spaces where even air distribution, quiet operation and an aesthetically integrated solution are important. Depending on the model, official seasonal efficiency of up to SEER 7.10 and SCOP 4.60 is available, while the compact dimensions - only 248 x 570 x 570 mm for the indoor unit and a 620 x 620 mm panel - make this series especially suitable for suspended ceilings and compact commercial layouts.

All models use R32 refrigerant. The series is designed for operation in cooling mode from -15 to +46 °C; in heating mode, models 25/35 operate from -15 to +24 °C, while models 40/50/60 operate from -20 to +24 °C.
